I'm hoping to get some advice please! We are in the process of buying a house and we' really like to add a single story extension to create a kitchen diner. Has anyone has anything similar to the picture attached? If so, did you use an architect and builder etc or a company to do the whole thing? Roughy what was the cost and any general advice you could offer? Thanks in advance
