We're planning to extend over what's currently a single storey extension to the back of our house - probably 128cm out and 300cm wide. This is to create a bathroom upstairs so we can then knock the kitchen into the current bathroom which is downstairs. The neighbours have done the same so it would just be constricting two walls (to join onto neighbours wall and our house) & roof etc. It will be block & render.
Any rough estimates of timing? My DSis seems to think it will take 4 months+ to get the room done and plasterer but I'm sure it'll be much quicker than that?
Any ideas or experiences? I had a builder out last year but we've changed the plans to make it less complicated so what he said doesn't really apply anymore. I'm banned from getting any tradesman out til after our wedding in January (I'm too busy - according to future DH 
)
