Another shower question

Looking to replace bathroom in near future and need some advice regarding a new shower. We currently have a gravity fed system and have a pump to boost the pressure of the hot water. At some point we are thinking of a loft conversion and may well then change to a Mega Flo type system.

I want to make sure that the shower type I choose will work for our current set up but also still be compatible if we change to an unvented system.

If I chose a shower with an integrated pump would this still work with an unvented system which I assume should improve the water pressure anyway? Or should I got for a shower with no integral pump and continue to use the pump already installed in airing cupboard?

Or are there any other options I haven't considered?

Thanks

if you go to an unvented cylinder you won't need a pump, and you won't be allowed to pump the cold either once it comes straight from the main.

So look for a good mixer shower that can be used with pumped supply or unvented. Keep the separate pump, and you can scrap it if/when you change.
