DD1 flat purchase has fallen through Prices are rocketing so she has widened her search area. Does anyone have view on the above as an area for a late twenties single person to live? Or indeed the area around(it has to be cyclable to Central London and parts of Crystal Palace etc are very hilly)

Great place to live for her. Good transport links and lots of stuff going on in the area. Really close to CP for more night life.

Brilliant. It is quite hilly but doable if she's the kind of person who would cycle to work anyway!

Yy pp quite hilly in parts, very leafy & green preference would be Sydenham/penge/crystal palace/beckenham borders, rather than lower Sydenham/bell green area not much their apart from savacentre.
