So I'm thinking positively that my tenant is going to move out by the time we have requested him to so my mind is turning to the inevitable refurb job of the house I'm goingn to have to do.
The kitchen is going to need replacing, I have a friendly joiner who can fit a kitchen for me, has anyone ever bought a used kitchen from eBay/gumtree or similar and refitted it in a new house? What do you have to be aware of? Pitfalls etc?
Just need to do this in the cheapest way possible whilst obviously not doing a hatchet job.
