I've just come across a suggestion of using Command hanging hooks to support a curtain rod, as an alternative to drilling into the wall. Am quite keen on this idea, but am wondering if anyone has tried this and if it works, ie., do the hooks stay up with the weight of the curtain pole? I'd only be using a very light one.
