We have three loos, the downstairs one is ok. The main bathroom and ensuite are stuck fast. It won't budge a mm.

It's a dual flush mechanism if it makes a difference. New build house.

Is that the one with a round thingy on the top with the dual flush buttons? Try unscrewing it wearing a rubber glove to give you a better grip on it.
