Plumbing- new connection needed for washing machine- how much?

I am getting a new washing machine which is cold fill but unfortunately I only have a pipe coming from the hot supply pipe. Can anyone estimate how much it would be to get a plumber to put in a connection to the cold supply pipe?
Photos below

Thanks

where is the nearest cold pipe?

There has to be a cold pipe. A few bits and bobs from a local hardware store or builders merchants will set you back a few quid. A hacksaw and a bit of googling and the jobs done in less than half an hour. Recommend you dont use the cheapo " self tapping " kit, the aperture will clog up with lime in no time
Dont forget to turn your water off first.
It is a really simple DIW job for anyone to undertake.

Thanks for the replies. The washing machine is right beside the sink which has a hot pipe and cold pipe going in. The cold pipe is the second picture and doesn't have the T-shaped connector with the pipe coming out to the left- that is coming out of the hot pipe (first picture).

Worth considering DIY i suppose- not an area DH or I have many skills!

those are plastic pipes so I don't think self cutting (yuk) valves will work.
