I have seen one of their developments in Buckinghamshire.I found the following strange things

Without show home they started selling by showing simply outside walls of each house is it common?

They are selling in phases so when they released they started selling 3 bedroom house with garage for £525k now for some reason the first buyer deal not able to completed this home come back to market with price tag of £560k is it really what it happens in property market?

Also this development surrounded by trees (Most of them below 5m distance) so whoever is buying these houses they have to pay premium for their home insurance.This need to be informed by Croudace Homes for each buyer ? or the buyer responsibility but they are not telling anything about this

Marketing team also telling builder is not going to provide any flooring we have to pay extra for this is it common?
For me it looks something is not right they are in hurry to sell for some reason.
