Try new agent after 3 months?

We went with a local agent in June. Lots of viewings initially, only one offer which fell through. Slow over the summer. 3 viewings in the last 3 weeks. No useful feedback.

The house we originally wanted to buy is back on the market after their sale fell through somehow. So we really want to sell now!

So, our tied in time with current ES is up. Is it worth changing to any of the agents who keep posting stuff through our door?

It can be, but make sure you check your contract for t&c regarding what would happen in the event of an(other) offer from people who already saw it. You could be in a position of having to pay 2 lots of fees. Not that this is a reason not to but get clarity before you decide.

If the house you want to buy is local, I would consider asking that agent to sell your house as they will want to secure two lots of commission and will have a vested interest in getting both sales to completion.
