I own the freehold for two maisonettes. Can/how do I go about selling the freehold?

Contact the owners (leaseholders) of the maisonettes and ask them if they want to buy the Freehold. I'm guessing the two maisonettes form one building? So they might like to be Joint Freeholders, or, if not, one of them might want to buy the entire Freehold. If neither of them want it, then you'll have to find someone else who might buy it ....

... so firstly, I'd suggest consulting a chartered surveyor, your solicitor and a reputable local estate agent to (a) ask them what they think a good price would be to sell the Freehold and (b) if neither of the leaseholders of the maisonettes are interested, then the three aforementioned should be able to advise you about finding another potential purchaser.
