London Victorian terrace loft conversion

Hi there,

Am looking for recommendations of builders who cover North London to do a loft conversion and move the bathroom upstairs in a 3 bed Victorian house.

Currently the bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. We want to move it upstairs and convert the loft into 2 beds and an en-suite like this: www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/fullscreen/view-floorplan.html?propertyId=34576605
It would involve putting 2 dormers in at the back of the roof.

Ideally would love a recommendation from someone who has done similar work to a similar house in London!

There are loads of houses that have done this on Stanley Rd, Evesham Rd etc in Bounds Green but I'm also sure there are plenty of London houses like this where folk have done similar work!

Any advice / costs / recommendations much appreciated!

Thanks

Hi!
I am living not North, but I've done a full refurbishment to our Victorian house including loft conversion with en-suit bathroom. We did it with Werner and Werner Ltd. Very pleased with quality of their work. Everything was done on time and there was great cooperation between us and the guy who was managing everything. Also they sorted out all planning permission issues. Contact them, maybe they work in north as well. My house is in Clapham. This is their website:

Shamelessly bumping my own thread!

Any recommendations? Or costs from anyone having done similar work?
