I need to tart up a small (2m2) unused shower room. Planning to move so don't want to invest much ££.

The floor has horrible ceramic tiles, some missing in the utility next door, some cracked, etc., etc..

I want to remove them - but, the toilet and pedestal sink are on top of the tiles. I don't really want to get the plumber in and thought I might use a rhino floor remnant in there.

Should I take up the tiles to the loo/sink - am sure I can manage to make it neat enough round the edges - or use a levelling compound on top.

I think I would prefer the former and wondered if there was such thing as a tiny flexible trim to finish the edges round the sink/loo.

Thanks very much.

Also, I would like to replace the shower tiles and quite like the idea of putting that smooth sheeting stuff (no idea what it is called) in there. Any pointers on the way to buy that, and a good place to buy it from would be fab.
