L vs P shaped bath shower

I was planning on a P shaped bath however hubby says he likes the look of the squarer L shape. Does anyone have an L shaped bath and recommend it or not? I just thought they looked a little unsafe with kids etc-corners and baths don't seem quite right!

We have an L shaped one just because I like the angular look and think the P shaped look old fashioned
The corners aren't sharp, no different in design to a standard bath except there's an extra one
Have you visited a showroom/B&Q etc to compare?
How old are your children?

Thanks. I'll be popping in to the supplier soon so hopefully they'll have one on display. Kids are 8, 6 & 5 months

We fitted an L shape too - I thought it looked more modern and it fitted with our square basins. They give more showering room, very pleased with it.
