Builder southeast London/Kent borders

Hi everyone can you recommend good builder, for a small side extension 2x3m tiled roof with possibly one or two velux windows, with maybe either bifold or French doors, did know of a good one but he is booked for a good few months & would like to get started sooner thank you.

Anyone?

Paul Lyon, but I think he is busy on a project at moment but don't know when that is due to finish and what else he has on. He did our extension seven years ago and it still looks great and he's done work for friends since and tellingly they are still our friends. His number is 07748 367085

Thank you petts will give him a call, been really hard to get even a quote at the moment, guess everyone extending rather than moving.

To be honest any one worth having to build an extension is already going to be booked up for months and I'd be wary about anyone who could start before October.
When you are planning a major job like this you are best advised to start getting quotes from builders about 6 months before you expect the work to be started.
If someone contacted our company today about such a job there is just the narrowest possibility we could do start in November/December.

If the guy you have in mind has a good reputation then he is worth waiting for.
