Loft Stairs

Does anyone have any experience with retractable loft stairs with a handrail as opposed to loft ladders? I've seen that a company called Dolle make a variety of them but can't seem to find their website if they have one, only retailers and they tend to assume you have some knowledge already.

The steps are for a landing hatchway into the loft with enough floor room I think for dropdown stairs. I would prefer flat steps as opposed to rungs because I'm not so steady on my pins when carrying boxes, etc. up and down ladders.

Any replies gratefully received.

I have. I've got a folding loft ladder with handrail. Has big deep treads, not like a ladder at all. Hired a local joiner to buy and fit it.
B and Q do them, as do local independents round here, so I was able to tell him what to buy.
I thought it might be heavy to pull down from the ceiling but actually it's fine.
