Kitchen cupboard handles - decent inexpensive source online?

Our costs are spiralling for our kitchen and wondered whether we can save money buying handles separately. Looking for some shaker cup handles and knows in nickel or other metal, not too shiny but not too dark/old looking like pewter either. Found some on eBay / amazon but don't know of quality, has anyone found a reputable seller?

Might it be worth looking at IKEA? Their prices are really good and they had a decent range.

We have a fairly modern Magnet walnut kitchen with stainless bar handles. While making some changes I found them all over fleabay although there are several different thicknesses, shades and end-caps before I found a perfect match.

To browse a big range, try ironmongery direct. You will have to narrow down your search criteria.

(I know you want cups not bars, but I expect ebay has one you'll like, if you can find it)

Look on aliexpress and you can get bagfulls of cup pulls from China for a few pounds. They take a while to arrive but are identical to the ones UK suppliers sell for a fraction of the cost. I spent literally months looking for the perfect handles which it tums out don't exist :(

Try abrafix. They have a shop on ebay. I did my whole kitchen (43 handles in all) for £41. Very pleased with the quality too.

knobandknocker.co.uk are brilliant..I have pewter cup handles and they are cheap as chips. I tested them against expensive kitchen showrooms and they were equal.

Oneplan.. What are larkandlarks kitchens like? Do you know?

Belleview · 13/07/2015 09:19

Oh, looked closer and she they use second nature doors etc, I thought they were a one off kitchen making company but they use generic doors. Look like diykitchens but with a fitting service!

Hi Belleview - only just seen your post - sorry I've only ever bought handles from them ! That second nature door ( with own brand cabinetry) is very widely available !
