Am amazed to find that, even though I'm buying in London and have to put up with the insane property prices here, I can afford to buy this enchanting stately home

Bet you are all madly jealous!

I'm not sure what the exact definition of a Stately Home is, but I'm fairly confident it doesn't include 3 bed terraces.

Even ones at £750k Shock

If by stately home you mean large terrace?

SqueezyCheeseWeasel · 11/07/2015 16:49

Is there a [facepalm] emoticon?

drinkscabinet · 11/07/2015 16:49

I want to know if it was the owner or estate agent that suggested that title and how the fuck did they get the other to agree?

PigletJohn · 11/07/2015 17:32

you'd think they could afford one without holes in the ceilings.

Mintyy · 11/07/2015 17:35

Still, handy for the trains though eh?

And a lovely rusty shower screen thrown in for free!

Well, the queen does want to fit UPVC doors to Windsor castle.

Friedgreenpajamas · 11/07/2015 19:28

That's not a stately home. It's a terrace with a shitty garden.

All rise for Lady Mintyy of Nunhead
