changing a shower unit advice needed

We have a Gainsborough 9.5e (9.5kw) shower. Can this be directly replaced with a 10.5kw without rewiring? Online suggests if going from 8.5 then need rewiring but little info going from 9.5.

We've just changed our shower, had a 10.5kw and new one is a 9.5kw. Our electrican advised that to step down is ok but to step up needs a higher or thicker cable, not being a professional though I would have thought that you would need it to be rewired. Hope that helps!
