Has anyone tried Ambiance vinyl flooring?

I want to put wood-look vinyl flooring in my living room and love Amtico but it's so expensive. A friend has Ambiance flooring in her house and swears by it. It's much more economical - half what the local flooring shop is quoting for Amtico. Has anyone had experience with Ambiance?

I'm looking at lvt flooring at the moment. There are lots of brands you've never heard of, but I have been advised they are much of a muchness. The wear layer is the key bit of info as certain thicknesses are better suited to high traffic areas. Go with what you like.

Thanks Wowfudge. Ambiance has a wear layer somewhere between Amtico's lower end range and their higher end range. It's so confusing! You never know if you are just paying extra for a name.
