Low pressure - plumber needed?

I have an electric OSO boiler and tempest water cylinder. I have lost water pressure for the hot water only.

I have had the water supply checked and it was fine. I have had the boiler checked and it was fine. I have been told it is an issue with the water cylinder and boiler person couldn't help.

I just wondered if I needed to get a third person out or whether I can re-pressurise it myself? I obviously don't want to maker worse but cost wise I am struggling!

try googling the make of cylinder- they usually have troubleshooting tips in the user manuals, or there will be forums you can ask one if you say what make/model it is.
