Kitchen Filter taps

We are getting an extension and new kitchen.

Does a system exist that filters the water before coming out the main kitchen tap. I don’t want lots of different taps.

I have previously had a separate filtered water tap which I didn’t like and a mixer tap that had another “lever” to get filtered water.

I would prefer just one mixer tap with filtered water (cold obviously).

Do they all need cartridges?

My sister has this (but she's in the States). They have a central filter somewhere in their system, so the water is filtered at the point it enters the house and then all taps provide filtered cold water
