Bathroom pointers

Morning all. Have got a recommended bathroom fitter coming round to quote for replacing our awful DIY disaster bathroom (previous owner's disaster).

We have shower cubicle, bath and basin to replace - will probably leave loo as, unlike everything else, there is nothing wrong with it. At the moment there are tiled splash backs and we're thinking of having it fully tiled.

Any pointers as to what I should ask him and what to request in his quote?

Maybe ask if there's adequate ventilation and if Underfloor heating might be work putting in ? And heated towel rail ?! And what's the biggest shower you can get in your room size ?! Size matters in a great bathroom ????

Thanks OnePlan - we're not doing underfloor heating as we're not going to have ceramic tiles on the floor or heated towel rail (unless that is a not very expensive addition), but the ventilation point is a good one!

A bigger shower is on the list of must haves - DP is 6'1 tall and broad shouldered so the current 80x80 cubicle is a bit of a squeeze!

I must write a list before the guy comes round.
