Building a frame and cladding side for bath?

I'm wanting to build a side for our bath? Do not know where to start and what to do.
I've bought the cladding/tongue n groove.

Some muppet friend/builder broke our side panel when he took the bathroom out to replace jousts and chucked rubble ontop and broken it.

It's not a regular height bath and is longer than a regular bath and struggled to find a replacement within our budget.

Hi there, I've just finished a renovation project and to overcome the same issue I have tiled the panel siliconing an access panel. Base is 9mm ply attached to a simple timber frame which was £50 for a carpenter to erect. Tiles match the walls. Maybe consider that?
