Hi,
I have recently appointed a private building control firm. However they Inspector I've been assigned to has not replied to my e-mail and voice mails, nearly a week now. Not happy with the service. I thought the whole point of having private building controls is the fact that they are meant to be responsive.
The Admin lady for the company has already issued an initial notice to the local authority for the building works.
I would like to unappoint them. Is that possible? Has anyone done that before?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
