We're buying a house in Hitchin that needs a fair bit of work. Please can someone recommend a tradesman or company who can do any or all of the below?
Crack stitching (repairing exterior brickwork with helibars/repointing)
Drain repairs
New boiler and replacing/moving radiators
New bathroom (nothing fancy, can do tiling/painting etc myself but need a plumber)
Interior painting (sitting room and stairs/hallway)
Door hanging
Laying carpets
I need to get a quote ASAP for the first two as thinking of renegotiating the price on that basis.
