The council is insulating all the properties on our estate.
The company doing it are hopeless. They've put scaffolding round our block of flats, and have buggered off for the weekend leaving us without a working phone and with polythene film holding the windows shut. God knows what would happen if there was a fire.
I also notice that our phone and broadband have stopped working.
What's the best way of getting our phone back? I am tempted to call out BT and invoice them for fixing it.
