Furniture for conservatory: Outdoor or indoor type?

We have no separate dining room and I am looking at buying dining table and chairs. Which type should I look at - regular oak/painted ones or the ones designed for outdoor use?

The conservatory is south facing and going to get lots of sunlight. Do oak furniture or painted furniture loose colour if exposed to lots of sunlight?

Outdoor use.... I have two gorgeous occasional side tables that lived in a conservatory and the sun did indeed bleach them. I replaced it all with the plaice to rattan style furniture. Great as it can be used in the garden too.

The plaice?? That was meant to say plastic style.

Any suggestions where to get outdoor furniture from?

I am also inclined to get outdoor type as we can pull it out to garden from conservatory and use it there as well.

So far whatever I have seen don't look as nice as the indoor types. Any recommendation for a table which sites 6-8 people and will look alright if used as main dining table indoors.

www.rattandirect.co.uk/rattan-dining-furniture/outdoor-dining/ this looks quite a good site. I bought my set from eBay, but you can also look at places like home base etc.
