'Frog' masking tape - anything else as good' but cheaper?

I'm painting DD's bedroom and she's asked for one wall to have a specific theme.

All good, happy to do it, no problem, however, I'm getting through a lot of masking tape.

The Frog stuff is fab, perfect, crisp lines, no bleeding through the tape or anything. However, even on special offer it's a fiver a roll. I've just finished the third roll and I'm only half way through

Is there anything else anywhere near as good? At this rate, the tape will have cost more than the paint

I have just done a very "masking tape heavy" project in my ds' s room and I have just used very basic cheap tape, but with a tip I found on pinterest. I put the tape on to the base colour wall, white in our case, then I painted over the edges of the tape with white,thenpainted the colour I wanted. Worked perfectly, our walls were not great at all but I have nice sharp lines where the tape was.
