Looking for some help and advice. My OH has been offered a fantastic new job in Dumfries area, so we will be on the move from North west England. My question is where would be a good family friendly area to live? We have an 8 year old and a 4 month old so are looking for good schools, activities for older DS and mum/baby groups etc for me and younger DS. Also things for us grown ups to get involved with or a bit of a social scene. Being near nice walks and outdoor space would also be lovely. We'd rent to get a feel for the place first.
Hopefully we're not asking for much! But we want to be somewhere we can see ourselves as a family. Thanks!
