How is the election going to effect the market?

I've seen a few comments on here about waiting until after the election to buy etc....

Why?... What have people read?

I don't think anyone has to read anything, I think it's obvious the market is affected by political changes and who the elected government is.

I think most people think the market will stagnate again. It's been artificially inflated by help to buy and the stamp duty threshold increase
