Dear Moms,

With another baby on the way, we seriously started thinking about Lot conversion now. Can someone please recommend us a reputable company/builder near West Lodon Ealing/Hanger Lane area?

Also, what's the approx cost for a Dormer style loft conversion for a 3 bedroom semi D house? I am thinking of have additional 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom on 3rd floor.

Also when is the best time to do the conversion? Before or after the baby is born? Baby is due end of Oct, will I have enough time to complete the work before then? Or shall I wait for 1 year until baby start nursery myself return back to work then resume the project?
