Ok. This is easy! Buy the same make and from the same range within the make. Or, get a touch control hob then you do not have to worry. Or a touch control oven. Even less need to worry.

Look at Neff. They do have co-ordinating lozenge shape controls. John Lewis have them on their web site although you might get them cheaper elsewhere.
