Household maintance check list

I am it sure if this should be in house keeping or here. I have tried google but I have not had much luck.

I am unsure how often you should bleed radiators and check guttering. What should I remember to do and how often should it be done?

If the top of the radiators are hot, you don't have a problem. Most times, they never need bleeding. If you have a leak somewhere, they will need bleeding. Gutters: if there's water overflowing from the gutter, they need clearing. Don't worry about things like this. Go and enjoy life.

Thanks. I normally work long hours durring the week but also get long hols so catch you on things then. I once had a huge issues caused by a blocked gutter.
