Ball park fencing quote?

Hi, has anyone any idea what fencing costs? For example what 2 posts and a fenc panel costs to buy and have fitted? I think we may need about 8 fence panels and the posts. Nothing fancy. We are in manchester. Thanks.

I seem to remember it cost me around £1000 for 10 fence panels and concrete posts about a year ago.

£90 a bay was a special offer I saw. We're doing it ourselves and the cheapest materials I have found are about £50 a bay (one concrete post, one concrete gravel board, one fence panel). We'd quite like trellis on top too, but it all adds up so bloody quickly! And our neighbours have form for piling stuff against the fence and trashing it, so I'm tense about spending thousands on a fence for them to ruin.

Thanks, that was kind of what I suspected. I don't think we will do it ourselves. spickle did that include labour too?

Yes, included labour and gravel boards (involved chopping down some pretty big bushes and climbers) and taking away everything. In fact I just counted them, there's actually 11 fences!
