Rejigging the living room and decided we wanted a run of shelves along a soon-to-be free wall, about 2.2m. Obviously thinking about Billy 
- then realised it made more sense for our insane amount of crap storage needs to have cupboards at the base and shelves above. I thought this would be easy but I all I can find are built-ins to alcoves or Ikea hacks involving Billy balanced on top of cabinets and, well, we are not that handy (although very skilled at following flatpack instructions).
Apparently Billy used to come with this option but no longer. Is there an option out there that isn't a)too difficult for the DIY challenged or b)getting the whole thing bespoke at high cost? Ideally budget under £400 - am I asking too much?
