House being photographed tomorrow

Our house is being photographed tomorrow ready to go on the market ASAP. It will be the first time we have moved so any tips on how to make it more appealing would be great. Thanks

Clear as much clutter as you can.

Clear kitchen work surfaces of everything.

Put some nice flowers out - they might move them round in the photos.

Straighten out your bedding on the bed.

If you have energy efficient lightbulbs that take ages to warm up, switch your lights on before they arrive.

Plump your cushions!

Definately clear clutters especially in the bathroom - hide away bottles etc
Flowers will help a lot
Ironed bedding
Window boxes/hanging basket

Take your own photos and really look at them.... any bare patches - like pictures - anywhere dark unappealing diff angle? Mess u have over looked? Surprising what they show!

Fresh, un-creased bedding.
