Building a nice potting shed/greenhouse

Hi

In the back yard, in the space where the sheds that used to house the outdoor loo and coal shed are I'd like to knock them down and have a potting shed/greenhouse built. One that looks quite nice see picture.

But it'll actually be in between two walls so will have the door in the front.

I've no idea where to start - do I need to get someone to draw up plans? who would build it - a joiner, specialist green house man?

Where do I start?

There are loads of free greenhouse plans on the net so if you google greenhouse lean to whateversize x whateversize you will probably find one. Otherwise I'd go for a builder rather than a greenhouse co. as they tend to be expensive. Brick base, wooden frame , decide what glass/polycarb you want and dont forget a gutter-a rain barrell connected to it would be fab and make watering so easy.

Ta. I think the problem will be finding a builder who'll take it on. It won't be a very big job but kind of fiddly. And I don't know anyone who has had something similar - I suppose it's a kind of mini conservatory so I could ask around and see if anyone has had one of those built.

I'm really keen to get it done so I can grow tomatoes and have somewhere to overwinter stuff. Husband is like 'meh'.

if you Google lean-to greenhouse all sorts of options come up from cheaper ones to more expensive which look like you can buy some in kit form. Hope this helps.
