We have one! In summary the product is good but customer service is crap!
We had one panel arrive damaged (check them all both sides straight away) and it took hours and hours on hold and going back and forth to get it sorted - no one seemed to care and as a result it wasn't assembled in time for DS's birthday.

That said, once sorted it looks lovely and feels solid. I painted all the panels in the garage before assembly - I would recommend doing this as I imagine it would be backbreaking once assembled. My Dad & I assembled it in an afternoon with relative ease!

NotPenny - thanks this is v helpful.

Did you have to paint it then (it didn't arrive already painted??).

We bought a playhouse for the DC from here when they were much younger (probably about 10 years ago). It survived three house moves (staying fully constructed)and we only got rid of it last year as the children were 11 and 14! It was a really fab buy and had years of use. I didn't have anything to do with customer service so can't comment on that.

Yes it arrives unfinished, although there may be an additional option to pay for it to be painted and assembled for you. It took me several days doing it on my own (I painted both inside & out and it needed 2 coats) with Cuprinol Garden Shades paint but the end result is well worth it - it looks fab modest

NotPenny - thanks. Dd is only 2 so we might hold off for now. Its a lot of money (and work!) and we're short of time. Might try to buy a cheap ebay Little Tikes or similar and see if dd even plays with it before committing to something bigger...
Thanks for info.
