We would like to add a single story extension to the back of our semi-detached house. However, our adjoining neighbours have a conservatory which comes right up to the fence between our properties. How would our extension work in this case? Would we need to leave a gap between our extension and their conservatory and if so how much? Or would we join our wall onto their conservatory?
