So we, as well as other people, put our final offers into the home owners this morning

This house is the only one DH and I have agreed on in 3 months.

We are right at the top of our price range so am expecting to be outbid but its the waiting round thats hard.

Fingers crossed you get some good news soon. It's exciting and scary at the same time!
