We've had an offer accepted on our first home (hooray!) and it's split level spread over 1st and 2nd floors.
The bathroom needs replacing (as does everything else). It's currently on the top/2nd floor at the back of the flat.
There is a second bedroom on the 1st floor as you come in and this room is a bit smaller than the bathroom and is at the front so gets less light as it's north facing.
The second bedroom would be much better on the top floor (where the bathroom is) as it's bigger, lovely and bright and is next to main bedroom so we are nearer the baby.
Is it worth the fuss and expense of swapping the two rooms over?
If you've done this, how expensive was it? We need a new bathroom anyway but we need to factor in all the extra plumbing to the new bathroom and removing it from the original.
