Recommendation for a good renovation builder in Raynes Park, SW20

Hello,
Anyone will have recommend a builder to renovate a typical 3 bed semi detached 'Blay' house.
I am looking for a loft conversion and rear extension to build a kitchen diner space.
A new kitchen and bath needs to be installed as part of renovation and I am totally clueless about whole process.
Looking for someone honest, as I worry I will be ripped off with cheaper substitutes.

I would like whole houses repainted/wooden flooring installed, a 3 meter extension on rear to create a kitchen/diner area with 3 skylights and bifold doors.
I brand new kicthen needs to be fitted.
A loft with ensuite on top. Please feel free to let me know if I missed anything important.
