Anyone used them
Went to their London showroom yesterday and quality overall looked good
I intend to order stuff but before I do are there any horror stories with delivery or returns I need to be aware of?

I have a couple of things from them. Delivery of furniture tends to be from a company called BJS. You get a delivery date (which you can change), they let you know the day before a three hour window when they will deliver, and call you when they are an hour away.

We ordered two things that they wanted to deliver on separate deliveries, I didn't want to take time off work twice, so they stored the first item for me and delivered them in one go.

I did have something delivered, which I signed for and then realised was damaged after they'd left. I emailed them straight away, they asked for a picture and then they contacted to say they would replace it.

I ordered a few bits from them. Axis book shelves, coffee tables and two "jackson" lightshades. Im happy. The things i was warned would take 9 weeks DID take 9 weeks tho. Lightshades came in five days though.

Have an office chair from them, bought about 30 months ago. It took about 10 weeks to deliver, but was exactly what I wanted and much cheaper than similar elsewhere. Would only say that the pleather seat cushion cover is not wearing very well, and peeling at the front edge.

We have a sofa from them. Good quality and no issues at all with the order or delivery!

I ordered some chairs last week from Made as an urgent purchase. The items were in stock and had express delivery. On top of the delivery charge, I decided to pay another charge to have the item delivered on Sunday. Although it was Easter weekend, there was nothing to say that it would not be delivered on Easter Sunday. I waited in all day from 8 to 6 while the rest of my family went out. The item was not delivered. The next day I phoned to find out what was going on and was told that they don't deliver over Easter. This is poor - a company that lets customers order things and then when they don't deliver they finally advise you why, which they should have done at the time of order. I will never use them again.

I had issues with delivery. Much longer than the (already long) lead time suggested.

Quality variable. I've used them 3 times iirc but don't rate them enough to want to use them again.
