The EA describes it as 'charming'. I'd describe it as opposite the mail sorting office with their car park round the back. There's even a Royal Mail lorry at the side of the house on Streetview.

How about "This ideally situated flat would be particularly suited to a Royal Mail aficionado". Just think: you can probably join the queue to pick up your parcels from the front step.

Hahahaha....... love it. Imagine getting up in the morning and wandering through the kitchen in your smalls to visit the loo.

I'm more shocked that a half a million pound house is listed as 'ideal first time buy'.

Sorry, not even a house, a flat. A flat for half a million to have a lorry parked next to your kitchen window.
