Dorchester schools-any thought?

We have just had an offer accepted on a house inDorchester. ??
The catchment schools are Damers First and Dorchester Middle. I know that demand is high for all the schools in Dorchester but I wonder if it's also worth considering Manor Park and St Osmunds as they have a better OFstEd.

Can anyone share their thoughts on these schools and what they are like. We will obviously visit them too, but it is good to get an insider's view. ( we have 3 dcs, 2 will go into first school and one in to middle)

I think you might get more response on one of the Education boards or Mumsnet Local. The only thing I know is that St Osmunds current Ofsted report was done whilst previous Head was there.
