Kitchen re spray

Looking for helpful hints tips recommendations as I would love to do this to add colour into the room but am quite nervous of ruining a perfectly good kitchen!! Currently a traditional country cream but wanting to change to a very light grey .

We used a company called Recreate (I think?) in Manchester, they go all over the country. Had it sprayed and it came up beautifully - that was 3 years ago, still chip-free.

I've done it twice, just asked the local car body work garages until I found one that said yes.
