Has anyone used Joyou for bathrooms?

Hi there,

I have seen this website and it looks good but I don't know anyone who has actually used them. Do you have any experience of the quality of the goods they sell and the customer service?

If not, do you have any other recommendations?

Yes, we bought a set of taps last year just to test them out, and then a full bathroom suite this year. Arrived on time (the plumber didn't of course), and we are very happy with the quality. I had to call for a bit of installation advice, and even though they didn't know the answer, they found out for me eventually. Looking to get a JOYOU 3 in 1 kettle tap next purchase - they look good.

That's reassuring. I'm finding it hard to choose bathroom fittings without seeing them in the 'flesh' and was a bit nervous about Joyou as I don't know anyone who has actually used them. Good to hear a positive experience.
