Non-slippery floor tiles

I am looking for new flooring for when we get our new kitchen, and one of the things I want to avoid more than anything is slippery tiles. I am especially conscious of this as ourr current flooring is half horrible old carpet and half tiles which become lethally, horribly slippery if they get as much as a molecule of water on them.
Will any tiles recommended for the floor be generally non-slippery? Or at least, less like an ice rink than these ones? Or is there a particular type of tiles that are more slippery which I should avoid?
