Architect needed in Surrey to complete internal remodelling

We are buying a property in Surrey, presently comprising a large number of small rooms. We'd like to open out the space and need some advice and plans from an architect (as these will need approval of the management company).

Our budget is too small for a couple of Central London firms that I have contacted but the local firms that I have spoken too seem to specialise in general extensions and garages and things.

We are looking for a contemporary look and lots of open space.

Could someone recommend an architect who could help please?

I would definitely recommend our architect. He is based in Berkshire (Wokingham/Reading area) but I know he does work outside the area. I will PM his name to you.

I know he deals with all sorts of complicated things such as extensions with very limited access and stuff involving complicated drains. He designed and project managed our extension and will spec the steels when we come to doing our kitchen/diner remodelling.

Hello,

I have just read your post and I think we are able to help. We are a small scale construction company founded by two RIBA chartered architects.

We could provide you with drawing and full construction services.
Please have a look at our promo video and a website (there is not much on the website as it is being remodelled at the moment but we have tons of work available to send upon request).

Thank you and I hope this message has been useful.
